So far, my husband and I have had an incredible experience with our midwife, Erin Phillips, and Dr. Mariah Grace. We leave every time and say "Wow, I love them". No joke! I'm 19 weeks pregnant and will update this after birth, but as of now we couldn't feel more grateful. I saw their overall rating and felt it was wrong to not write how much we have loved Scripps + our care providers. I always come in nervous and leave with a huge weight off my shoulders after they answer all of my questions as a first-time mom. Truly grateful for the kind, calm care we have received from Erin & Dr. Grace.

Not to get too into medical stuff, but if it weren't for Dr. Fenton, there is a very real chance that I would have died. I also would not have my two sons. Dr. Fenton and Erin Phillips in particular helped me and my husband through several difficult surgeries (one of which was life threatening) and worked with us to do everything in their power to help us get pregnant twice and bring two healthy babies to term after years of trying. I owe them everything.

I feel the ratings don't reflect the solid care that I've received through TWO pregnancies with Dr. Fenton and Erin Phillips. I have also been asked to reschedule a couple of appointments due to surgeries and emergencies - which I had no issue with. It makes sense to me that someone's care at the hospital who needs immediate care SHOULD be a priority over my routine, office visit. The staff at this facility have always taken great care of me. They are friendly, professional, and courteous. Additionally, the care I received at the hospital during delivery was also phenomenal. We remember nurse's names and smiling faces. Some of the nurses who were not even our actual treating staff, came to see us after delivery to see the baby. We have always felt like we received the best, personal experience here. I would recommend to anyone!

I am giving only 3 stars right now because it is way too difficult and takes way too much time to make an appointment as a new patient. I called on a Wednesday, I was transferred 3 times and on hold for a long time only to be told oh we are closed now, you'll have to call back tomorrow. What??????!!!! I call the next day and it took 4 transfers and 33min and 38 seconds TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! That is longer than most people have for a lunch break! The upside, everyone was very friendly. Will update after my appointment
