They tried to charge me $400 for an AC recharge for my Honda Civic. I said what? The guy with eyeglasses told me Honda would charge me between $800 and $1200 for this. He looked so confident, and even he asked me to call Honda if i don’t trust him. Of course I don’t trust Valvoline. So, I called Honda. They told me the price of an AC recharge is $200. As always, don’t trust Valvoline. Always look elsewhere. Valvoline should be your latest option.

Employees reccomended me a oil service which is great.. But he refuse to offer me the conventional oil which i requested for my car after that i went to route 22 valvoline and they resolve my issues never coming again to this lodi valvoline location thank you

I took my car there on Tuesday. Paid about $250 for oil and filter change. Didn't complain and left the shop satisfied with their work. They said they would e-mail my Invoice and it didn't happen. I called them, just to find out that the guy who worked on my car spelled my name wrongly. Clerical representative fixed it and I should expect an email in about 24 hours. It didn't happen, again. What a shame!!. I just called them. I was put on "hold" for exactly 14 minutes to speak with some Chinese lady. Meaning, I got an Overseas Call Center and, of course, I had to hang up because I personally can't stand all that polite words from someone who is not even close to the shop. I'm disappointed... Like a said, the work was done properly, but clerical work is terrible.

Came here because I lost faith in my old service station doing a good job. The crew here were awesome. Jafaar and Eric helped me and they were very professional and TRUSTWORTHY!
