POOR SERVICE QUALITY!!!! I don't normally leave bad reviews but I had a really bad experience with my new vehicle (under factory warranty) at Toyota tri cities wa, they replaced front brakes but they scraping a rotor and just they don't wNts to be responsibles, they told me they going to call but they never called me. It happened about a month ago..the vehicle has a coolant leak and brakes noise,they can't solve a coolant leak ,the leak comes from the reservoir cap and front brakes still click each time reverse, to me the click sound I hear sounds like pads.. well I need to find a different dealership for service. Poop Crap
I went in to get a new Toyota Tacoma. They said I had to put down $1000 to order one and it would come in, in a couple months. No problem. A few months go by. I get a call. My truck came in and they sold it to someone else. Sorry have to wait for another one for a few months till around the last week of June. It’s July today so I go down there. It might be at least another month? They have a different model that is more money. I say I’ll buy it after waiting a while they offer me a ridiculous amount for my trade. If I buy a Toyota ever again it won’t be here. Zero stars :( sad

Excellent service department. My Rav 4 decided that it wanted a new alternator while we were on an out-of-town shopping trip. Toyota of Tri-cities was able get our truck in and parts ordered on short notice. They even helped us out with a rental car so we could get back home. They saved the day.

I didn't buy a car here, but I almost did. I made a reservation for a 2022 GR86. They were able to take my deposit over the phone, and do everything remotely. Very nice experience, because this car is nearly impossible to find, and I didn't want to drive all over the state to get my order in. I want to give a special shout out to Sabrina, who was my salesperson and helped me in the process. Great customer service. Friendly, helpful, and responsive the whole way through. When I found out the car wouldn't work for me, she helped me get my deposit refunded with no issues. This dealership also isn't engaging in "market-adjustment" markups to new vehicles. If you want to order a new car, I would recommend this place! Thank you Sabrina and Toyota of Tri-Cities! A very refreshing experience after trying to work with other Toyota dealerships.

I bought two 2017 Toyota Camry s. They gave me 2 years or 25,000 miles. What will come first. You can also talk to Noel Torres. He speaks Spanish.
Next time tell then not to rotate your tires.That should take care of the problem.
Only if the vehicle has a warranty , you can go to auto zone or the other one and they have a reader
Please don't go over, you need to do the preventive maintenance. So you don't need to use the warranty.
