Here is my experience and rating of platos closet as a buyer and seller for 4 years at the kennewick platos Buying: The male clothing section is very limited but I often find very nice pieces for great prices. The amount of long term clothing Ive found at platos as a man is great and the majority of the time I find something I like. 4.5/5 Customer Service: The customer service is average. Most of the time they have entry level customer service skills but they do lack a lot of flexibility especially when they screw up your transaction with discounts. They often mess up transactions for newer customers not properly informing them of the process to get tax free and 10% off for selling. 3.5/5 Selling: The selling experience is horrendous. I sell 40 pieces 10 of which I bought from them and they usually pick like 1 or 2 pieces out of 40 and give me like $3 for both. They claim they are picky but then at the same time claim they are desperate for male clothing but when you sell mens clothing they will not accept things that are better quality then the majority of what I see on the mens racks. 2.5/5 Overall rating 3.5

Great place to wander around as your wife uses you as a coat rack for trip after trip after trip to the dressing rooms! The store comes equipped with custom music for the shoppers as long as you bring your own phone and ear buds with some sort of music streaming service! They have a great and luxurious waiting area with 2 hard plastic chairs that you can get a numb butt while your legs fall asleep as your wife makes yet another 4 trips. There are always attendants ready to take everything you tried on back because of course your wife has more issues committing to her clothing purchases than Bill Clinton's commitment issues in his marriage to that super nice potato sack he's been with since the beginning of the 1800s! And last, but not least, these are the absolutely best priced used garments with an incredible dust texture that clearly shows just how long they've been sitting on the rocks here for 3 dollars that they laid 95 cents for to a starving college student!! In all seriousness it's a great store, nice staff, and a highly tuned experience for husband's who needed a nap!

Plato's closet has a great selection of high quality previously worn clothing. It looks, feels, and smells much nicer than the normal thrift shops!
