I'm not sure what's going on with hot topic but it's super lacking lately. It's back to school and no sales. Not alot of merchandise either. I used to love going into hot topic to browse. Not anymore.

So I have to brag a bit about the assistant manager of this location!!! Victoria was an amazing help when I walked into the store. At first we were under the impression that I was unable to find what I was looking for but as I was about to give up and pay for the other items I had gathered, We located the items I was in search of... I was looking for a specific mystery toy (Stitch Disney pride bag clip). Victoria started grabbing little bags and feeling for stitch. When she believed she felt his ears she told me that was the one I was going to want. She is like Magic! SHE LOCATED HIM FOR ME!!!! <3<3 the customer service experience was phenomenal and I couldn't be any more excited about my pull!

Workers are never pushy and I like that their store is a little more navigatable now. But I would really like to see them open up enough space for it to be actually wheelchair accessible!

I use to love the staff here and now every time I come in, I’m constantly discriminated against. Viv, the sales associate, is quick to deny me discounts or coupons, when I’m a huge anime collector and always have been. She accuses me of “reselling” when I haven’t been selling pops. The staff treats every collector horribly, which is why I look forward to box lunch opening. I really hope they change because they have lost a loyal customer.
