I am a current resident here and although living here has been great and maintenance has been great at responding except for this issue. I have been contacting the leasing/maintenance team about a reoccurring issue that still has yet to be solved for over nearly two months now!! My bedroom window leaks every time it rains and now its been getting into the carpet and feel like mold may be forming. I have contacted them constantly by email, phone, service request and a few times in person about this subject and each time is we are waiting on a part, or we're waiting on a third party vendor or I was even told they fixed it when I was away on a trip yet here we are another rainy day and it still leaks the nasty brown water!!!! I always have to be the one to contact no one reaches out to them about updates or anything about the problem. It is now starting to damage some of my own belongings. Below is some pictures of the damages it has now caused to the inside and its continuing to get worse. I just want this issue resolved!!!!!!

Ive been looking for an apartment in the Orlando area for a while and i was feeling a bit discourage as some individuals do not have the right attitude for customer service. I visited The Debra at Metrowest I was treated with exceptional customer service. Ms. Rosa was the sweetest Leasing agent i came across. She showed me the property and explained in detailed all my questions. I left the property wanting to move there asap. People need to know that sometimes a little "Hello" or a "smile " goes a long way. Thank you!!

The Debra Metrowest is amazing! Don’t let the old reviews scare you please. There’s new management and everything’s updated including smart locks on the townhomes. Friendly and inviting are Rosa, Priscilla and Taylor. All three helped so much through the leasing process and kept us updated on everything! Even helped us when the AC was being funky. It got fixed ASAP! The community is very friendly as well. I feel safe and at home here with good rooms, VERY big closets and roomy parking!
