This is our second time staying at Dwell. Management and maintenance are awesome. The problem is inconsiderate residents, which are everywhere not just at Dwell. 2nd and 3rd floor residents should be more considerate when walking around their apartment. New people just moved above us and I guess they don’t realize their noise echoes below them. Be aware of how heavy you walk when you live above someone. We rarely heard the previous person. These new people are horrible.

We selected Dwell Apartments for our temporary home until our house was being built for 8 months. Dwell was the best!!! We fell in love with management and the staff.. Will Stearns, the Property Manager, was always wonderful and made sure he helped in every way possible. When we closed on our selling our condo, Will took the time to help us with notary, paperwork and made the process convenient. All of Dwell staff treated us as family. I wished I could have taken them with me to our new neighborhood.

I lived here for over 2 years, and I've even changed apartments in the same complex (traded up for something bigger). The apartments are great, barely hear my neighbors, they are open and roomy. The staff is the main reason I stayed, and plan to stay at Dwell. The management, leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, eager to help, and quick to respond. I've bounced between apartments for nearly 20 years, and this is the best complex I've ever lived in.

I want to start off by saying that Elisabeth and William are phenomenal. Elisabeth exceeded my expectations with her tour. She answered all my questions and made the process super smooth for me. William was very helpful and cordial as well. The units are beautiful and spacious. Thank you for letting me be a part of the Dwell Family! I have not moved in yet but I will keep you guys updated!
