Looking to become a future resident at this next to perfect community. Its near my children's schools, my job is only 15 minutes away, it would be a blessing to move in at Pendana at West Lakes, The staff is very professional and down to earth at the same time.

From the beginning to the end the process was smooth. Laquita was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and overall an amazing person. You have to appreciate when someone is genuine. You can tell how enthusiastic she is about helping others. Very informative . Overall the complex is amazing. Very quiet, and well kept. No complaints‼️

No they have a multi family as well
No conventional units for the senior property it will all be affordable based off of HUD guidelines
