Marco, Summer, and Vanessa are nothing short of amazing! Summer is very keen on details and has a great eye for prioritizing especially during tough situations. I love that about her. I love Vanessa's understanding demeanor and how patient she is with everyone. I have seen her keep her cool even when dealing with rude tenants. Her realism and down-to-earth persona further add to this dream team. Marco, I can't say enough about him. Every time I go into that office for anything and Marco is always helpful, knowledgable and understanding. One of his greatest qualities is that he is relatable and takes the time to solve problems like a teacher would. I don't have to go into leasing often but when I do, I know that I am in good hands. I was giving them grace because I may have a "pressing issue," but I know how hard they work and grind to keep Amara at 4+ stars so to speak. Now, is everything perfect no, and perfect will never be accomplished when you stay in a diverse community with people from all walks of life. But, I am okay with this they always look out for my family. Thank you a ton!!!

Summer, the property manager is beyond amazing. She always listen to our concerns, and always ready to help and provide a solution to make sure we are happy. She goes above and beyond in making sure she communicate with us, and follow up every time something would arise. The whole staff is amazing and I can tell it’s because they have Summer as a leader

Amara at MetroWest is a beautiful property in a fantastic location! They are super close to the Universal Orlando Resort theme parks. The clubhouse is currently being renovated and the buildings were repainted and the Manager Summer is working hard to bring a great new look to the property! The property also works with Fetch so as soon as you sign a lease, you can begin sending your packages to their warehouse and Fetch will hold them for you until you move in! Then you can schedule all of your packages (including furniture!) for delivery and Fetch brings it right to your door! It's so great not having to wait for my couch or mattress to arrive after I move in, I can order it ahead of time and then Fetch will store it for me. Fetch delivers all my packages to my door at a time that works best for me each day.

I love living on the townhome side of Amara. I’ve never experienced any bug issues ever in the year I’ve lived here & that is what’s very important to me. I don’t really have any other issues. I’ve never really had to go to the office until today to provide some documents and I see now I am missing out. Vanessa & Sariann light up the office! They are professional, informative, and hilarious! I do appreciate the steps and programs they are starting to make Amara a better place. Thank you ladies for the laughs!
