I had to return a delta multi choice valve because it had missing parts, in doing so I had to instead of going back to get a different one I left the missing parts valve at the return counter and went and got one that was all together. It didn’t work that easy, Paola was very nice, understanding and all around great!! She got me an in store credit card I was expecting to get it and turn around and use it to buy one that had all the parts, but the card didn’t work so she called Selina over she’s in management, well Selina is very unprofessional, very rude and should not be in management, she did something to the in store credit card that Paola just loaded the amount of the valve onto the card and for sure Paola knew it was on there because she had the receipt in front of her that said it was on there. Selina then comes over with her dirty looks as rude as I’ve ever seen any employee of lowes ever be and tells me it didn’t work, that I’d have to come back the next day. With gas prices as high as they are, she didn’t try to get it to work very hard, so when I came back the next day I was using self check out and it told me there was no funds on the card which I knew there was the price of the valve on the card, so I took it to the return counter and Paola was working and she couldn’t figure out what happened to the money on the card. I have the receipt and it says that the money was on there. So I am not just blaming or assuming, I know Selina had everything to do with the money not being on the card, so instead the girls at the return counter started to tell me I needed to call the number on the card and I refused! It was the stores fault and I wasn’t about to have to make another trip back to the store. After having to deal with Selina doing me dirty as she stood behind me with another customer and was preceding to tell that customer all about our encounter a couple days before that happened in the store, very unprofessional!! She obviously abuses her management position to bully customers. I will not ever deal with Selina again!!! I took my part and told them to take it up with Selina she took the money off my card, of course she was nowhere to be found that next day and for good reason, she is guilty of taking the money for my return off my card and I hope she gets some education on how she treats customers especially in a management position. She isn’t good for Lowe’s and should be demoted or let go!! She will have every customer going to Home Depot.
