I ordered a pizza and the driver didn’t even bother to look for my address. Although the apartment number is in the address, I added special instructions of where to locate it. I called the store, the guy was like they can’t bring it out so they can either cancel it or send out hours later. He had an attitude but whatever. Who wants a pizza that’s been driven around for hours? I tried calling the driver, I didn’t get an answer but they could respond through text: The driver claims they know the complex pretty well and to check my address. The address and apartment are on the sticker itself. If the building number didn’t match up it would’ve been nice ir they would’ve answered when I tried calling back two seconds later. I won’t be ordering from here again. Worst customer service on both ends!

I accidentally gave the driver Elizabeth $100+ and she was confused. She came back with $50 so I thought that's what I gave her, so I took the $20 back because my amount was $28 and I gave her 2 for a tip. Now they won't answer the phone. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes! Update it took months to order again and once again it's wrong!!! Omg, 90% of my orders are wrong. And they never answer the phone! Terrible store!

I really wish I could give this place negative 20 stars. Let's just start with I chose "contactless" delivery and even added a note "do not knock" as is labeled on the pizza box! The driver did call when he arrived, I answered and he screamed "PIZZA" in my ear, I proceeded to tell him "thank you, leave it at the door please", he responded with "OKAY". He in fact did not leave it at the door, he knocked and that made my dogs bark and the dogs barking proceeded to wake up my WHOLE household that was already asleep! I went outside after 10 minutes and the driver was still there! I wanted my stuff left outside and for no one to make my dogs bark as they do not like when strangers are at the door. I ordered a medium pizza, cinnamon twist, and Parmesan bites. For the cinnamon twists, I ordered an extra icing and did not get ANY. For the Parmesan bites I PAID for two marinara sauces and didn't get ANY. THE BEST PART is I called the store and was left on hold and when they would pick up, they would hang up on me. I would call back right away and would stay on hold again. I called the delivery driver and he said he would come to drop off the sauces he forgot and NEVER came. SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THIS STORE IS A JOKE AND IM CALLING CORPORATE ON THEM TOMORROW MORNING.

2 pizzas 1 Garlic Butter Breadstick 1 Cinnamon Twist First pizza, missing extra mushrooms, entire top was burnt BLACK Second pizza, had toppings we didn't ask for scattered across, top BURNT Bread sticks were almost completely dry, barely any garlic butter at all. Cinnamon Twists were overcooked, missing the Icing Sat on hold until they closed their store because they didn't want to answer. Wouldn't recommend this location until quality of food and customer service are fixed.
