I've given the place multiple chances, and I've decided not to come here anymore. The last couple times I went there, for a carryout that I already paid for mind you. I've been met with utter dismissal from the people who worked there. Today in particular, after making a carryout order online, and giving them double the time to get it done. I waited ten mins for the lady to even acknowledge me, only to find out they didn't even have the order done. When asked further, they didn't have the order, and even questioned if I was in the right place. All the while, I was given the attitude that my very presence there to pick up something that was already paid for, should've already been done, was a nuisance. Best part, it wasn't even busy. In the 15 out of the 22 mins I waited, I was the only one there. They even seemed confused about other orders, and spent more time arguing with each other than getting their orders straight. I eventually said screw it and requested a refund. This isn't the first time I've experienced something like this at this particular location. Whoever the lady was that was in charge today, she clearly doesn't know how to manage her people, let alone act in a professional and decent manner.

Worst placeeee on earth. Kelvin and ruby are a joke. Don’t order from this place unless you want nasty food and bad customer service. I’m not even sure if that’s their real names. I think They just said that so I wouldnt Report them to corporate. I have Never been so disgusted with an employee. It just sounds like she hated to be there. If I could Give them a negative score I would. Truly the most ghetto place ever.

I ordered a large pizza and must confess that this pizza was by-far the best one I received in a long time. The taste and flavor was super-fantastic and we truly enjoyed that pizza. Will I continue ordering from pizza hut..absolutely
