Service was not only helpful, but efficient and really nice. Answered all my questions and got me checked in really fast.

Great place to Repair your printer. Polite and helpfyl Staff. Customer Service needs some improvement with communication. I had 3 printer there for 3 month, non repaired at the end. Little disapointing.

The reviews are true. This place is fast and awesome. Brought my printer in yesterday at 0800, and since they had the part in stock, it was ready by mid-afternoon. Our family business runs from home, our kids need to print out school work etc. It was great to only be out our printer for less than a day. Rafael was super helpful, provided accurate pricing estimates, and helped me get our printer mini-beast in and out of the car.
