I had a great experience here. Julie and her team was very helpful in all ways possible. I would recommend everyone to use their services. Everyone was very kind and responsive. Pricing was reasonable. I appreciated all of Julie’s help with the whole process.

I cannot say enough positive things about the funeral directors and staff at Cypress View. They provided the highest level of care and concern every step of the way, and they made an extremely difficult and sad situation so much easier to navigate. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. They went above and beyond to ensure my mom's arrangements were taken care of, and they took such good care of my mom and also of my family. We were treated like old friends, and that means so much to me and my family.

Beautiful and peaceful place, staff are helpful and extremely nice. Thought I was back in the Old country for a moment.

My wife’s grandparents are interred here in the mausoleum. They died in about 1966, and we hadn’t been here in a long time, but wanted to pay our respects. When we checked at the front desk (Aug. 2016) for the location, we were told that they were in “the other building across the street”, and that a caretaker would be right with us. He came, and we walked across the road to a run-down, weed overgrown, uncared for building. He unlocked the door and took us in, and we made our way to the second floor via a very creepy elevator. There we walked down the main hall, and when we reached the side hall where the grandparents were, we found a large rock in the middle of the floor that had been thrown through what used to be a beautiful stained glass window. The whole place was run down and completely uncared for. We filed a complaint at the front desk, leaving a phone number and email address, and have never been contacted. What ever happened to “in perpetuity”? Doesn’t a mausoleum have a responsibility to care for your loved one’s remains forever? Yes, their remains are there, and presumably intact, but certainly with no respect. C’mon, new owners (at least that’s what we were told). Step it up!

When approximately does the front gate get locked for the night?

Derek, as the seasons change so do our hours. A general rule of thumb for our cemetery hours are from dawn to dusk.

Do they have pre-funeral packages? And what would it cost if it is removed from the service?

Is it possible to purchase a niche in the glass columbarium without including cremation services which have been prepaid elsewhere?

Yes, definitely. You can purchase any type of place of inurnment in the mausoleum or cemetery without buying their funeral or cremation services. In case you already pre-planned your services, I congratulate you for your wisdom to plan ahead.
