Absolute rip off! They literally charge 10 times the price for their services than other locations, there is no exaggeration in my calculation. I am absolutely appalled by them taking advantage of their customer's wallets and blaming it on the economy when I asked why it was so high compared to the other locations.

Frustrating to walk 2 miles to their store after seeing online that they close at 6pm. Get there at 5:40 to find a locked door and a gentleman inside unwilling to come to the door to take my prepaid USPS package. I guess that is too much to ask.

I have used this location a couple times and has been fine but this last time was terrible. The many 1 star reviews are your indication to never step foot in this place. I'm sure the employees are nice enough but they should do them selves a favor a get off the sinking ship. The "Boss" Vicki is never actually at the location and no decision can be made without her. So she puts them in a bad place to take the heat for her policies. Just take your packages to your preferred shipper, they will actually know what can and can't be shipped. $75 dollars to ship a package to Canada and they had no idea that medication was not allowed to be shipped across the boarder anymore. Package returned and they will not issue a refund for there negligence.

Sorry, but terrible. I wouldn't trust this location because of its staff. I normally go to the one in Bressi Ranch and they are pleasant. No one is perfect but at least they understand good service and the process. The Postal Annex at La Costa Town Center offers overpriced services but more importantly, staff are either unhappy or incompetent! The dark haired woman who has been there for 8 months should not be in this job. Plus, their receipt machine is always down so you have no proof that you dropped off a package there. If it gets lost in their overstuffed store, what's to prevent them from claiming that you never dropped it off? The woman said to take a picture of the label. That won't help you if they lose it before UPS or Fedex picks it up. She couldn't understand that so either it's her or poor training. Either way, my advice would be to stay away from this location.
