This was such a great place. It feels from the moment you enter the door, you are set back in time. There are old rules that are from years past. The desks are beautiful and you are allowed to sit in them.

Friendly staff showed us around the old.class room and provided some history of how the class room operated with several different grade students in one class. Also a very nice park for kids just out side and walking path for the parents. Also has a dog park there.

Great little park with children's playground, tennis/ basketball court, open field, restrooms and small parking.

The park is but the museum is only open on the weekends. There was discussion about closing the gates in the evening around 6pm because of late night loitering.
The bathrooms tend be to be clean too! I've had a couple times where there's been no toilet paper but they were clean still
