Worst postal Office worst service constantly messing up my package was put in someone else’s mailbox they are rude in person especially the fat Asian guy very very rude ..the phone service is horrible ..they need to just nuke this place

Far and beyond the worst Post Office I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Had a verbal altercation initiated by the supervisor after their carrier attempted to steal a package of mine. They are now retaliating by marking all subsequent packages as refused without ever attempting delivery.

Absolute worst post office I've ever had to deal with. Ever since I moved to oceanside I've had nothing but issues with the delivery workers. They will NOT knock on my door to get a signature, they'll just leave a notice in the mailbox saying no one was home. And when you sign it for them to redeliver it, they just never redeliver it. I've had packaged delivered to the wrong mailbox, packages just never delivered, or packages delivered but no key for the box. I now avoid having anything shipped through USPS if i can help it. So unreliable.

The regular staff at this location is great. Autumn is always friendly and helpful as well as the other counter staff. The supervisors can be rather short and uncaring though. Luckily I don't have to deal with them very often.
