I had a tech come out today to install internet. His demeanor from the start was very unfriendly and cold. I could immediately tell that he found the job to be too much of a hassle because the existing lines outside are from at&t and he would need to install Cox lines. I asked if it would be easier for me to just go through at&t for internet and he basically said yes at first and didn’t care if I canceled my appointment with Cox. He then called me a few minutes later telling me to reschedule instead of cancelling but I’m so disappointed with the service I received that I’ll just go elsewhere for internet.

Way over priced only because they know they are the only ones able to get on base wifi cuts out randomly honestly you are better off just using your data and a hot spot

It's a place where you can get internet and cable if you want but they charge SO MUCH it's probably not really worth it. You be paying over $100 just for the fastest speed after their "promotion" ends.

Not to mine. Service usually works fine. However, things at store seemed out of control when I was there. One installation got completely out of control.
