I had a very good experience getting my rented unit set up and ready to go. Edwin helped me primarily, with some assistance from Nick - Edwin immediately greeted me and spoke to me with kindness and respect, which is all to often a rare find on the phone or in person these days. He was professional, addressed all of the details I needed to know and answered each of my questions, while not making me feel bad for causing him to repeat himself. Both Edwin and Nick were very helpful to me, which I especially appreciate right now. This definitely gave me a good vibe for what I can expect, renting one of their units. Thanks!

Hey!! I have been a Customer at Extra space storage in Riverdale for about four years now my experience has been great. Everyone on the team has been very helpful when needed. The last few times I had a question or concern Nina was working she was very professional polite and helped me with everything I needed. The facility is clean climate controlled and has good security. I give this place five stars!!
