Terrific electronic store that has a really knowledgable staff. If they do not have the item you want they can order it and have it shipped to you quickly. They continually have sales and their prices are fair. This has been my GO TO store whenever I need electronics and I also purchased a great juicer there.

With this particular shopping experience and only this particular experience, I needed 2 smaller accessory items. I did have a a fairly good idea what to select so as I stood scanning the options 2 associates walked by and ask if I needed help. I accepted and was really pleased. They not only found my best option but the best price. They gave a brief educational explanation of the options I had interest in which gave me confidence the lower cost did not mean a lower quality in product, just best for my needs. With the second item I needed, I could not recall exact tech words to explain what I needed but with their great attention to my jibberish they figured it out. I walked out with exactly what I needed with offered help. They also geared me to lower price with same functionality. I NEVER BOTHER TO DO REVIEWS UNLESS I AM REALLY IMPRESSED. IT WAS THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED A 100 % GENUINE INTEREST IN HELPING ME.

The guy that helped me get a giant microwave into my tiny car was very nice and I got a good vibe about the place and staff in general. A bit far from me but that’s not their fault. Good place and good people.

I had bought a $1500 laptop with $300 protection plan from geek squad. Today I brought my laptop to get a replacement after it stopped turning on. There was absolutely no power tried to change the cord and everything but it did not work. I came to this Best Buy to get some help all they said to me is that I need to send it out and wait for about four weeks to get a solution from Lenovo which is not what I paid the $300 protection plan for. They tried to explain to me it is not covered under the plan because it’s not accidental and the weirdest thing is that I asked so if I break it accidentally would you have replaced it and they said yes. To me this sounds like just a scam by Best Buy and their geek squad. Also to recover the data they asked for $100 whether you wanna replace or you want to send out the laptop. I would not buy the protection plan again geek squad seems like a scam. The staff at the geek squad corner at this Best Buy location was aggressive not helpful and basically useless. After she told me that i can get a replacement, she ran to the checkout cashier that was working on replacing the laptop for me and told him not to replace it because it is not that type of plan. FYI I bought the most expensive plan along with the laptop when I purchased it there was no more expensive option. They will do everything they can to not cover you. GEEK SQUAD NOT RECOMMENDED DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
