Mosquito Joe of Wayne is awesome! Customer service is so friendly and helpful. They guys who come and spray take their time and are very thorough. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed to be rescheduled it was easy to talk to some who could help me and they were happy to do so. We are very happy customers of theirs!

When we first moved into our home we were overcome with mosquitoes every time we went outside, I decided to call Mosquito Joe and it was the best decision that I made. From the first phone call they were courteous, professional and actually cared about my concerns. Debbie Roberts, the office manager is top notch when it comes to customer service. She is always on top of things and extremely professional. Daniel Brown, the director of operations/Owner of Mosquito Joe is not only the most professional courteous person that I have dealt with but he goes above and beyond for his customers. They send out reminders and updates as to when their technicians are coming as well as their ETA to your location. If you have any issues with mosquitoes after they come they have no issues coming back to respray,. Their technicians have always gone above and beyond in our yard to the point of even emptying standing water that has been left behind from the rain. Best investment that we have made so far, worth every dollar and they give great discounts prior to the spraying season. We have referred neighbors and friends to them who are not disappointed by their service!!! Thank you Mosquito Joe Team, you guys are wonderful!!!!

Rafael, in particular, came to our home and walked us through exactly where our problem areas are, and explained the best way to treat them. Super grateful for his expertise! Also, Tracy is always a warm and friendly point of contact for us - anytime we need to reschedule or make some other request, she’s always willing to help out. In a world where customer service has become a relic of years past, Mosquito Joe Wayne’s customer service remains stellar. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control services!
