Having been in the automotive industry (sales & management) for more than 20 years, I had absolute high expectations when walking into the dealership. I was greeted promptly, taken care of gracefully, and treated with the utmost respect, throughout the entire process. Bill, my salesperson, went over, above and beyond everything that one could expect for a good, knowledgeable associate. His product knowledge was amazing. His skills in the industry, lead to the eventual sale and delivery of my motorcycle. I felt absolutely no pressure at all, at any point. And that... Is what one should expect, want and desire for their experience at any dealership. I could only hope that every customer gets the same treatment that I did and based on my experience there, I would assume that that is the status quo. This dealership is under fantastic management, has a wonderful sales staff and an experienced finance department, to meet all the needs of any customer walking through the door. I'm very pleased and at the very least, know that for my next purchase, this is where I will be! And I state all these things with no reservation whatsoever. From my first telephone call to the dealership (speaking with Kris, off property), to the moment I rode off into the sunset on my new bike, I had a wonderful experience. Every step in the process was easy & smooth. That's all one could hope for.

Recently my wife and I were in the market for a newer bike and we ran across this store online. After some email exchanges, phone calls, and a store visit we decided to purchase a new bike from them.
