If I need a co signer does the co signer have to be there or can he do it over the phone or Skype or something?

I used to work at a dealership; usually if a cosigner is off site, they will need to complete a credit application which is usually done over the phone or online. Once both of you are approved and the deal is worked out, the dealer will typically Federal Express the papers to your cosigner to sign and they will sign them and send them back. The dealer will normally hold the vehicle until they get all the papers back and deliver the bike to you once everything is received and reviewed.
