Best fast food choice in harford County. Always consistent excellent food and service. Way better service than the bel air and abingdon locations. The service here is so positive and friendly it is exactly the same atmosphere that Chick-fil-A is famous for. The experience is so pleasant it makes you want to eat here everyday.

Absolute horrible service experience. I placed a mobile order for pickup. My order wasn’t ready at the drive through window so I was asked to pull up to red pickup sign. After 5 minutes, I was then asked to move over to the kohl’s parking lit since my items weren’t ready. After waiting an additional 7 minutes, I walked over to the drive through window in the rain to ask if I was getting my order. I was told it was going to be another 5 minutes. At that point, I indicated I didn’t want the items and requested a refund. I was told they couldn’t refund me at the drive through and I now needed to go in to request a refund. RIDICULOUS! I go in and they give me a difficult time getting my refund since I paid on the app! Finally, they figure out how to credit my card. No one offered an apology or anything.

The staff was friendly and attentive although was certainly not the quickest Chick-fil-A I've been to..... Even when I arrived at the window after placing my order on the mobile app I still had to sit there and wait while they got my drinks together at my together at most other locations I'm handed my drinks before I'm even fully at the window

Ben who took my order was the most pleasant young man in fast food I've ever encountered. Respect well mannered and deserves to come off the drive thru and become a manager. Food was fresh and delicious.
