Really frustrating time getting lanes for our group. Despite four phone calls trying to arrange this (the owner himself wouldn't call me back), when we got there, they did not honor what they had told me on the phone. We brought in a large group of paying people at the least busy time of day. Despite the 38 open lanes, they refused to let us bowl in teams of 3-4 people per lane (as they had told me they could on the phone). As a result, over 1/3 of the people didn't get to finish their games in the time allotted. Prior to COVID, we had switched our annual company party from Aberdeen to here, and the owner had been super helpful. It was like the owner was a different man this year. I was sad and disappointed. We have enjoyed this previously but will have to switch back to Aberdeen since we do not want to go through this experience again. One side note, the younger worker, Jack, hustled around with a smile and took care of all our requests as we bowled. If it were just for him, this would be a 5-star review. He really helped the mood of the group. (note: the online reservations didn't work for our group)

Don't waste your money here. Staff was rude. The lane broke down 6 times in the 2 hours we had the lane. Bowling was supposed to start at 6, lanes didn't get turned on until 6:07 and still had 5 min left on the screen when the lane turned off. Employees look and act like they hate there jobs and the food sucked. The pizza was hard as a rock, burnt cheese on top, way overpriced. All in all I will stick to AMF Bowling. Never again. Don't waste you time or money at this place.

Had a birthday party there. They wouldn't let some of the older(but smaller for age) kids use the size 6 balls. They said size of ball goes by age. They only had one person working at food counter. It was a Friday night and every lane was being used. She was so overwhelmed. The pizzas we ordered were bland and dry.

This place was a real downer. Staff seemed bothered by us and the lady at the concession stand was not welcoming and really annoyed that we had the audacity to ask for food. We had young kids with us and the lightest balls they had were 6lbs. For an establishment that had a ton of families with little ones I was surprised to see that 6lbs was the lightest ball size. Lastly, you can’t drink. Listen, having a beer while you bowl is pretty standard. It was just odd that they didn’t allow it. One positive thing is that the place was clean and well maintained. Oh! And to the guy that wrote about their website and trying to make a reservation…you’re 100% right. It took me and my spouse about 4 days to try and lock in the reservation. Each time we tried to do it the site would freeze up or get us to the PayPal section and then lock up again. I can’t say I’ll be back again. Total bummer. At least the people I bowled with were awesome!

Yes. You may want to call ahead to confirm lane availability. They also offer online lane reservations much of the time to guarantee a lane.
