I had an appointment at 10:45am on May 31st for an oil change, tire rotation and check out a recall. It's now 3:08PM and they're still not done. This is the worst Ford dealership I've been to from Florida to Texas, Arizona and now here. **EDIT** I also had a recall and had to pay for that as well. Apparently in Washington, vehicle recalls are not covered like other states.

Hello, We have a page on our website dedicated to our Covid-19 Safety Practices. However, here are some of the things we are doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus and protect our customers and staff alike. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations and guidelines for preventing the spread of germs and viruses. We have hand sanitizer stations with at least 70% alcohol throughout our sales and service departments. Our sales and service teams are committed to wiping down door handles, customer waiting areas, and other frequently touched surfaces. Employees will also be maintaining their own workspaces, sanitizing, and disinfectant wiping down work surfaces, computers, keyboards, telephones, etc. Our cleaning staff has been asked to also be diligent and thorough in wiping down surfaces, door handles, and other frequently touched surfaces. We have advised staff to temporarily suspend handshakes and physical contact with guests.
