H Mart and auto club are the 2 anchoring stores. There are smaller businesses on site as well. Plenty of parking available.

I only visited a dentistry here, but the shopping center looks nice and clean, plenty of parking. Lots of different food options here too. I hope to come back here and try a couple of them.

Terrific Cantonese bbq meats takeout (or patio sidewalk tables). Everything is packed up so nice. I was happy to get a big wonton soup with duck. They put the huge dumplings, noodles, meat and greens in a tray over the broth. Or you can get char sui or chicken, why not mixed? And a fried rice with pork and shrimp plus a big tray of Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce. There are some package meals to go for 2 to 6 that give a nice assortment of dishes. And some handwritten signs inside for added items, like a few beef dishes and a few innards dishes and pickled cabbage. I saw chicken feet.

There is a giant H Mart with all the groceries you would possibly need. The AAA Drivers Education is so helpful when learning to drive. They are really patient and have permit lessons in-person. There is a Starbucks but it does get quite busy. This shopping center is close to residential and a high school.
