I have been getting my car repaired here for some years now. This is my go to shop. Harry and his team have made me feel like family! They are not only TRULY very honest, they are community & citizens oriented, which is very rare. They have committed to being professional, honest, and reliable to the citizens of Diamond Bar, and others, and for this we are fortunate to have them. THANK YOU HONEST-1!

I usually get great service at a fair price when I bring my vehicles here for service. I brought my car in to have my water pump replaced, it was leaking coolant. Instead of replacing my water pump, they replaced the radiator, also the price for the radiator replacement was at the high end of cost for this service. When I got home I had a coolant leak coming from the water pump, problem not fixed.

Harry Sr. And Harry Jr. Are really polite and friendly. They have excellent customer service. They are honest and really inexpensive. Today was my second time taking one of my cars there. Thank you both! :)

Great mechanics! Very professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy my car was repaired on same day and I had major repair work done and they were able to do it all in one day. Harry Sr. Was so pleasant! He explained in detail what was needed for my car. I'm very satisfied. My car runs like new again though it is 18 yrs old. I have recommended Honest 1 to my family and friends. First time visit but will not be the last time. Thank you Harry Sr. and thank you Honest 1 Auto Care😊

Questions & Answers

Should I be concerned when the light on my dash board says service engine soon?

*read thru* I would be. Either the door to your gas tank isn't properly closed or the sensor IN your transmission is telling you something is about to go horribly wrong [ 2013 I ignored my check engine light on my Audi A4 for for 3 weeks ; that's when the turbo kit fell apart inside my transmission and destroyed my car]. Go to AutoZone they'll run a diagnostic for free, give you a print out- if you feel it needs your attention or doesn't you could send follow-up if you want to with honest one. They'll run the same diagnostic test either confirm or tell you exactly what's going on. Last week Honest 1 ran a diagnostic on my 2013 Nissan - They didn't charge me. ** Or you can do whatever you want...it's your car.
