This store is absolutely horrible!! The young boy who works there is constantly working by himself so there is huge line. He claims his coworkers are either on break or out for the day?! Parking is completely horrible and the store interior can use some real upgrade . I will take business to studio city store . Much better

Customer Associate Shawna needs a training on how to treat customers, how to talk to customers. Someone really should help her to realize that she isn’t the owner of the business, she is just a worker there. If a customer has question or concerns, as a part of her job she is required to address them, not to avoid them. There is absolutely no need for her to raise her voice when customer is simply asking questions. Went there to inquire about AT&T service plan for home, not going there. She is a terrible customer service rep.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Shawna, customer associate, working here is totally unprofessional, rude, she had absolutely no manners to talk to customers. I had experienced a horrible customer service, she literally yelled at me. I went there to purchase an iPhone, upon requesting her simply to atleast let me take a look at the device before I make a final purchase, she lost her cool and reacted in a very disrespectful manner. Her behavior, her attitude is unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated like that. She is simply unfit for the job if she isn’t capable of answering to the customer queries. She even refused to give me managers name and provided me with wrong corporate number.

Bait & Switch. Worst customer service ever. They lost our trade in October of 2020, and the store manager LaShawna has promised to credit us for their mistake since January 2021. We have been completely bait and switched by AT&T and this store. We have proof of everything and they still refuse to help us. We have proof of trade in, and proof of deal we were promised, even proof that they sent our trade in back to AT&T. The manager LaShawna messaged me back today after trying to message and call her several times (because she again said a credit was supposed to post on March 2nd and didn’t) - LaShawna refuses to give us any further information. She mentioned her manager Andy who supposedly has been helping to help resolve this, but refuses to give us his information. She will not tell us who owns the franchise or anyone we can escalate to. She is upset with me for calling her! She literally said that I am harassing her?!? And to never to call her or her store again?!?! She is the manager!!?? It is her store that did this to us!! This is so unprofessional and disturbing on so many levels. We were smart enough to save receipts and document everything and will be contacting an attorney.
