The returns section closed from 7 pm to 8pm since the employee had to get lunch. I understand that employees need to have lunch but Walmart needs to make sure employees have lunch on time and someone is there to man the customer returns counter during evening hours when traffic is very high.

Urbana walmart is a waste of time, literally. They're too stupid to realize when someone cannot pay electronically, the place to handle it is at customer service. Instead three clerks are all involved checking out one customer while no supervisor is present. And every one else waits or leaves their intended purchases behind. Point of sale is necessary in retail, duh.

The cashier was somber. I asked her if I had all my bags and she said yes. I get home, 30 miles away, I'm missing a sack. I called the store and gave them the register number and it was there. I had to drive 30 miles back to get it! So I drove 120 miles to go to Walmart, not happy!

This is usually my “go-to” walmart vs. the others in the area, but it’s become just as bad if not worse. Walk in.. no carts. Ask the greeter, are there no shopping carts? He says, (nope) and walks away. I go grab my things and use the self checkout. Super cheap paper folders that were supposed to be .50 rang up for $3.49 a piece. The girl running self checkout was at the desk right behind me so I told her what happened. She wouldn’t even look up from her phone and stop eating her Cheetos long enough to try to fix it. She just deleted them from my items using her computer. I told her that I need the folders for work and asked if she could have someone price check them and tried to show her they were the little cheapo ones and again she wouldn’t even look up, just chomping on her Cheetos without a care in the world. At least try to hide it a little bit. I know staffing is a huge struggle for everyone right now, but there should still be some basic standards they need to uphold.
