I arrived to get my first piercing done ever. Got both ears done. While the staff was more than polite, i thought they were not super informative, especially since i told them it was my first piercings. They kinda just told me to make sure i clean it twice a day with a saline solution (they provided enough salt for about four days of cleaning). One week exactly after I pierced them i noticed my right side was little sore, so i checked the back to find a huge ring bruise around the jewelry. I consulted some friends and they said that the piercing looked WAY TOO tight and told me to loosen it. I then read up and learned that a new piercing should not be in the highest notch or groove (which both sides were). I loosened both. While the place was super hygienic and efficient, I am just really disappointed in the lack of information that I got, considering they knew it was my first time. After reading other people’s reviews, it seems as though the lack of information given to me is an isolated event, and is really unfortunate.

I've had a total of 5 piercings done from here and all have been great 👍 3 of these piercings I cannot how on here but will post the most recent nose piercing I got. I got my nose pierced here last year but took it out, and just recently got it repierced!!

Took my daughter for a lip piercing and the backing fell off 2 days later, called them and was told I have to pay to replace the jewelry and they will not fix it without extra fees. Go somewhere where they back their work!

Yes, they have certificates posted upon entrance. I've gotten 6 facial piercings (3 nose, vertical labret, 2 Jerry dermals) and more to come! Place rocks dude, get it over with.

18 with government issues ID. If you have a school ID you would have to have a parent sign for you cuz my daughter and I just had out septums pierced a couple of days ago and I had to sign cuz she didn't have a government issued ID

Woww thats pricey, it used to be $20-$25 but thanks Trin..and good question Alexis.. But I know they try to only keep good quality coming outta this shop,we learned that.. All our inks from this location, wouldn't go elsewhere💪✊👍💉📲but always call for accuracy! Hahaha💭✒📅🎯🎲🏆
