Dr Ghada is way overbooked. She's very limited in the time she has to talk to you. The people in the office don't wear masks. I had a referral and she didn't have time to completely address what I was referred to for. She also pushed the blue light. Without explaining what that is.

Dr. Ghada is very rude and unprofessional she was rushing me through my visit. During the consultation she walks out, I did not finish expressing my Dermatological concerns, And I told the medical assistant I wanted to speak with the doctor to ask a couple more questions. Dr. Ghada pushes the door Forcefully and comes in the room screaming very loudly to me in front of my 5 year old daughter. Then she tells me how dare you say i was rushing the visit i will cancel you're prescriptions. I said if you cancel the prescriptions i need, i will never ever come to your office. My insurance paid you and you canceled the prescriptions i needed. I contacted my primary care & told my doctor the bad experience i had, & my doctor said they will not be referring any patients to her office. Dr.Ghada is rude and very unprofessional. i never had any doctortor in my life yell & disrespect me.

My mom just came back home from an appointment she had here. We are both Hispanic. My mom said that when she arrived she was greeted and helped by staff in Spanish. When the doctor came in she asked my mom if she needed someone to stay to translate. My mom told her she did not as she speaks and understands English perfectly well. The doctor asked someone to come into the room and stay the whole time to translate anyways. The doctor was very short with her and barely touched her for the examination. After the doctor left, my mom was talking to the staff member who had been asked to stay and mentioned that she felt she was not given the best treatment by the doctor. The doctor must have overheard because she came back in with a smile trying to make small talk. I wanted to share this to warn any other other potential patients.

Great place . Treats me like real human . Does not discriminate and treats all patients the same way . Been there about 20 times for the past 5 years . She always keep up going personality and greets you nicely. She has an amazing energy . Treats my skin diseases appropriately and never makes me feel bad about anything. I’ve sent all my family and friends to her and they all love her and her team . Her new location is great . Clean nice new office. Congratulations Dr kassab . You deserve the best .
