The customer service at this company is something we baby boomers once experienced in the "olden days." Professional, super friendly, and they went out of their way to be accommodating. I can only say they were the absolute best at what they do. They made the difficulty of moving a breeze. Every person i had to deal with from driver, to customer service, to billing was phenomenal. Stored 2 big boxes for 3 months or so and then shipped across country to new location. The entire Big Box team were fantastic throughout the entire process, communication was great and we could not be happier. They even went the extra mile to find storage for us in new location, going out of their way to ensure it was a storage place they had worked with in the past and could trust, it was even the same price for storage. This is operation is a class act and absolutely 5 stars in a category of businesses which usually disappoint to say the least.

The initial delivery to Lakeside would be $99, unless you could commit to 3 months of storage or more - then it would be free. Then the Big Box itself would be $74/month/box. For the delivery to Simi Valley, you would want to call and get a quote from the office.

Rates do NOT go up annually, like most other storage places. They can deliver to other storage facilities as well. The Big Box can go anywhere a car can be parked, so they can put the Big Box in a parking space or on the curbside if needed.
