I went here on December 14th to adopt my American bulldog after having to put my other American bulldog down on December 10 and I can’t say enough about how helpful those folks were in helping me to find the best replacement for Mickey. I’m happy and he’s happy to be together. I would recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for that special friend. I found him through American bulldog rescue which led me to Ramona humane society. They have lots of animals that need a forever home at their place that would make you as happy as me and max are. I would recommend these folks to anyone who needs a pet that will love you like no human ever could

This is a wonderful and amazing place. I fixed all my babies here. I understand there is a waiting list but please be patient. They are doing great work. I will admit this is the only place I donate to. Please help them so they can continue to do wonderful work in our surrounding communities.

Excellent Service! Some folks were impatient at the appointment entry process on Saturday morning, but it took the Highly efficent staff less than 45 min to check in 10 cats and 15 dogs for the spay and neuter clinic.

Great facility to adopt a pet from. Went in to adopt a kitten for my son. Left without one but was able to leave my info for one that was in isolation. The workers were friendly and helpful. I brought my son after school to see the sick kitty. Waiting a week will be difficult for him but he can learn patience from this experience.

Yes they usually do! I would call before making the drive though, sometimes people already put money down before the puppies are even available for adoption.
If you are surrendering your own animals there will be an $80 fee for each dog
Possibly.. you might want to try the county animal shelter which is around the corner on Grand
Their is sometimes, just got to go check constantly; good luck though hope u find the rite 1....
You should call the shelter first they can answer you questions better than i
If you decide to adopt you do get a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance
Just go up, front & if they are, they'll help u go through the process it's fairly easy. Good luck!
Very slim
Yes I'm sure you could! Most shelters are looking for volunteer work and I'm sure if you show them you're reliable and dependable that they would love to hire you!
Any cats caught will be processed and given a place to stay. You can go to the pound and check the catery to see if they brought your cat in.
That's disgusting to charge that much money. Not to many can afford that. Who k ow if people will just dump them then! You are buy donations too! It's not right!!!
Where are you located? Is San Diego Humane Society or Escondido HS closer?
When adopted the animals will be microchipped and spayed/ Nuetered. They will also be current on vaccines including getting the rabies vaccine if the animal is old enough. If you have an animal that you need microchipped or need vaccines done on our clinic across the way from the shelter can offer these services.
They have all the prices on their website, do the math. Otherwise call and ask the receptionist.
They are not a no kill. :( you might try Animal Friends Of The Valley in wildomar. A lot of the no kill shelters rescue from high kill shelters and cannot take from the public due to how their funding and licensing work.
Alanna, ramona DOES DONATE, IF THEY HAVE SURPLUS. I've been there a few times over the past 10 years and have heard them people the same answer: "SORRY." RAMONA IS ALWAYS SEEKING DONATIONS FROM SUPPORTERS (AS THEY ARE A NON-PROFIT ORG.) FOR ONLY "SPECIFIC" TYPES OF INVENTORY (EXCEPTING MONETARY DONATIONS CAN BE MOST ANY AMOUNT). RAMONA ONLY USES CERTAIN KINDS OF PET FOOD, THEY WILL ADVISE U IVER THE PHONE, & MAY HAVE INFO ON A WEBSITE. ***IN ADDITION, RAMONA HAS GIVEN OUT "INFO FOR EMERGENCY PET FOOD" OVER THE YEARS (CALL OR BETTER TO √ WEBSITE FIRST). IT'S SIMPLE BUT GOOD NOURISHMENT TO PETS. I KNOW ONE RECIPE CALLS FOR COOKED RICE WITH SOME CHICKEN, BEEF, (OR ?) BOUILLON ADDED, *& NOT TO STRONG. I'M SURE U WILL GET ANSWERS FROM THEM. **BTW: FOR ONLY $2. @ THE "99¢ ONLY" THE DOLLAR TREE STORES LOCALLY, YOU CAN GET BOTH! IF THEY WON'T EAT IT+ YOUR DESPERATE GO TO STATERS, WALLMART, SEARS: CUST. SVC. DESK +ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MGR/DUTY.

They can microchip at the clinic, but no they do not do licensing, you have to go to Riverside animal shelter for that.
Depends on whether the dog is spayed/neutered. The rates depends on whether license is for one year or more. Must have proof of rabies vaccination. Discount for certain groups.
No. Go to the Small Animal Hospital on State in San Jacinto.
Yes they take birds.
My dog wasn't a puppy and I paid $100
BueanVista pet clinic is only 15 first set and then 15 for the other ones
If you adopt your dog will leave ,chipped and neutered.
There is a animal rescue just of Sun city on Murettia road dont know name off the top of My head if You cant find it get back to Me here
With the shelters phone number? Take the dog to get scanned for a chip at the shelter.
Any difference in heart rate as an advocate for the shelter for many years I need to advise you that this is not a no-kill shelter so please don't take your animals there thinking they will not be put to sleep. I love Ramona Humane Society and they spend many many hours every single day working with Fosters working with rescues and doing everything they can do to make sure that each and every animal gets up forever home however with the amount of dogs that are running straight and being dumped at the shelter there's only so much room. So please support our wonderful shelter and please let people know that they are doing the best they can to be of service in the community. A great way to show your thankfulness is by volunteering at the shelter or donating to their website. Thank you so much let's be the voice for our animals who don't have any
Riverside county and Cochella are doing free I believe. Ramona does free for veterans only.
If you're turning in a stray that you found you don't have to pay anything.
Just took my dog Top!in for his dog license and vacation wich were very reasonable,it was around,20.00 for the shot and 13.oo for license.
Sorry can't answer that for you. Call the animal control and ask them. But goats do cry alot of they are by themselves just like dogs bark alot.
1st thing, Try hard find it a new Home? Its a place where people find love in an animal, pet and take it Home. If you can't find it a home " call and ask tje pros" What kind of dog is it? And How old? We Adopted a Cat for my Daughter.
You can always ask the people that work there. But I think your dog can get his shot.
Is there any way you can take it to the shelter? They might be able to find the owner or a good home.
I believe you can also go online or you can call the clinic hi Lisa Ramirez
I would definitely give the shelter a call if you had it done there previously I'm sure they have your records and they can tell you they are very helpful there I really enjoyed taking my dog to their clinic
You can try the human society, if not there then city hall
Sure they would. It probably escape from some of the yard.
They had it when they opened back up to the public a couple weeks ago
I know this i asked the first day, Ramona said they aren't able to tell me that Information. The info. Is already on his microchip to a man named Fred, thats all they would give me.
Call and make an appt. Ramona Humane Society 951-654-8002
No they are not. You need to make a reservation to see an animal. You have to have the animal ID #, call and schedule a time to see them.
Website updates few times a day, they are also very helpful when you go
Sometimes. It depends on whether any have been turned in to the shelter. Call them, they can tell you if they have any available right now.
I don't know.. suggest you call
San Jacinto or Hemet resident? San Jacinto is a bit higher, but rabies shots were $15. Most others you can get at the feed store for less and administer it yourself. Typically under $10.
Im not sure but go in they r very friendly place and people
They do have shot clinics, but Animal Friends of the Valley in Lake Elsinore is less expensive.
We have a vet we use near us. Small Animal Care Center off of State near 7th street. Idk how much they'll charge, but I know as far as vets go they are lower cost then most I have been to.
Not to my knowledge but you could check with the Community Pantry or Salvation Army.
Euthanasia, with our without the owner staying in room for the procedure, is $100.00 and that includes the appropriate handling of the pets remains.
We can take chickens and all surrender fees are $80
You would need to call Ramona Animal hospital and ask them.
If you already possess then, no need to adopt them, they are yours. As for the sickly one, you can take it there and explain that it was abandoned at the house you just bought. They will take it in, and depending on the medical prognosis, either test it and adopt it out. If it's NOT able to be medically rehabilitated, then...well you know.
Send messages directly page of Ramona
Call the humane society
Call from 8:00 - 3:00 2 morrow; maybee they can help u, or just take her in! The clinic's next door if any thing; but good luck any how just give it a try 2 morrow, late! & sorry 4 ur perríta bro! Hope everything worx well 4 u!
All humane Societies offer low-cost adoption:-) ask PETCO about their weekly "adoption events" as well:-)
Oh yes. Go passed the humaine soc. To grand. You are on 7th. Turn only goes 1 way. Go abt 4 blocks you come to riverside humane soc.its OK the right side. Really big building. They do what you want. And cheap good to good puck
Wtf
Contact Saving Animals and Healing Hearts pig rescue in Ramona. Lady's name is Teri Crutchfield you can look her up on facebook or call
Check back often because this is kitten season:-) we all need to adopt from this facility. They do the most amazing!!!! Work here for the benefit of animals:-)
I would call Ramona Humane society. They are great people and could help you.
I'm sorry, you're going to have to call them direct to get the answer.
85 dollars for the operation, but the meds to knock out your dog and follow up meds are extra, and you don't want your dog to suffer, so expect to pay a more. All vets tell you the surgery costs, almost none mention the 'extras' that are NOT extra if you don't want your dog to be in pain! That said the humane society is still one of the most cost effective was to get your pets fixed.
Les? Absolutely! And spay and neuter are done with the utmost respect for ur family member with lots of LOVE & pampering:-) Please call for an appointment:-)
I think so but you should call the shelter and talk to Jose the rescue cordinator.
I think the price quoted is correct, but check which days they do the chips, I don't think it's every day.
Probably not. But it wouldn't hurt to call. If they say no, then maybe give Buena Vista Pet Clinic a call.
I'm not entirely sure about the costs of the vaccines, you can always call to get the prices. But we can do dog licenses at the shelter or at our animal control office off of state street just a little bit down from the gas station. It may actually be quicker to get it done there
We currently don't have any rabbits, we get them in time to time so I would just continue to keep checking back
All dog and adoptions are $75 and all cat and kitten adoptions are only $5 for the whole weekend
Correct... depends also on complications... recently had my Male done which ended up costing $70 more... there are several options with assistance to help with fees... actors n others is one... pet assistants is another ... 65+ Herdina fund...
I believe they're closed but I'd probably call. They might have adoption specials.
The Humane Society doesn't but the clinic next door does, you can always call Ramona and follow the prompts to contact the clinic or one of the people at the front desk should be able to let you know about pricing...
100$ and yes you can be with them and you don't need an appointment.
They do!
can ask them
Than you - maybe someone out there will know.

Yes you can get them at the clinic building. I am not sure of the cost but i believe it was under $50. I recommend going there vs calling . I could never get through. They are busy but they are efficient. They got done way ahead of the estimated schedule. They are assome go in and say hi they dont bite.
You can take her to the shelter
Yes it helps they are very busy
You go in and let them know you would like to volunteer and they give you an application I believe. Good luck. Enjoy all the fur babies.
It is your responsibility to train your dog. It takes time and patience. Don't abandon your dog. That is very traumatic to them.
It's unfortunately a genetic trait...
Eek im not sure! Im sure u can give them a call or check their website!
It's giving separate. My dog three year rabbies but still has to go back every year for his other shots
I would go to Small animal clinic. On State St. In San Jacinto. Around the corner. They offer a Sr. Discount.
They are the same price per pet I believe very reasonable should be under $15 each, they will give you a print out of proof just no rabies tag. :)
$100
I got a 5 month old dog shot n neuter plus extra pain meds cone nails trimmed 124 out the door very friendly staff
No birds
They already have the lowest fees.....please make sure you can afford to take care of a pet beforehand.
Call 911 and tell them. If you don't like the answer, tell them that small kids are picking it up and moving it with bare hands. They will send someone to grab it off the street.
Yes,they will.Try to make a donation.
Verry good answer
If you contact or look up nonprofit animal hospitals you should be able to network through them to get to where they can guide you for your dog
Yes, if you mean the dog park. It's open from dawn to dusk (daylight hours). A security code must be used to enter the dog park area. There is an annual fee required for use of the park.
Call Animal control.
Besides flyers and ideas here, Try posting and searching on Craigslist. I reunited a lost dog with his owner using that. Good luck.
