My poor female dog is in alot of pain. She can't rest till i put her down. Its about 6:34 and i am new to the area. I don't know what to do or how to put her to rest in peace?

Call the humane society. They will give you there operating hours. Sucks to have to a pet down!

Usually if u call the humane society, if its closed it will give u an after hrs number for emergencies. Im so sorry for what ur baby is going thru. Hope she doesnt have to suffer much longer
