Wait time was long, but once I was in, I was treated professionally and happy with the care provided. Place is nicely organized and clean and everyone in staff is friendly and polite.

Called before coming. The robot hung up on me. Arrived and was told that you needed an appointment for the Urgent Care! The machine on the phone mentioned nothing of this. They said I could sign up for an appointment in two days. Not so urgent and not so caring. Too bad zero stars is not an option.

It was extremely crowded, so I never got a chance to see a doctor. Waited for about an hour just to get registered. To only find out it would still be about another 2 /3 hour wait. Was also informed at the time that my insurance could not be used there , because they are based out of PA. So I was giving to option to pay out of pocket if I decided to stay. However the registrar was very pleasant.( not her fault )

Had a great experience here as a new patient. The lady checking me in was very friendly while getting my insurance info. I was called back quickly and seen by the nurse practitioner within 20 min or so. She was very thorough. Made sure I understood the side effects and interaction of diff meds I was on before filling my script. She was knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be back.
