What a NIGHTMARE of an experience. When I walked into the store, the young lady looked at me as if I had just interrupted something really important and then proceeded to throw something across the kitchen before huffing and puffing her way to the front of the store to "help" me. I asked her twice if they were open and if she was sure, as her response to me coming in the door was less than inviting. She then walked away and didn't come back for almost ten minutes. I asked her if they had a certain cookies before I went on to order, she followed with "We have all cookies ma'am", with her poor attitude. But then proceeded to find that she ONLY had one type of cookie, again huffing and puffing about how she didn't expect anyone to come in during a snow storm. (??) She was rude and unprofessional and certainly not who should be at the front of the store. Chick needs a course on customer service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a lot going on while baking and managing customers at the same time. The cookies are fresh made and not overly sweet. Ice cream sandwich is delicious. A number of cookies were out stock. The staff were working to make more though

The cookies were so great! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would go back again and would definitely recommend. I'm docking one point for not having milk. If your big item is cookies, you kind of need milk.

I stopped by here for the first time last night and I will definitely be back. Perfect place to go for that taste of something sweet. It was a great end to a date night and my girlfriend loved it too. The guy that took my order was excellent, funny and very courteous. I'm actually mad at myself for forgetting his name! I got the Monster'wich. The best part about it is that I thought it would be one of those type of sweets that would be too sweet and that I would have to throw out after a few bites, but I ended up eating the whole thing and then wanted another one. Very delicious and highly recommended.
