Loved their French onion soup. NO MORE. It was burned and black onion soup. I brought it last week and this week from different locations and both were the same. Ugh!!! P.S I reached out to the owner a few days ago. Haven't heard from him as of yet.

Had lunch here multiple times. Staff is friendly but can be a bit slow at times. The food is great and fresh. I consistently have the strawberry balsamic chicken salad for lunch and the quality is great everytime.

By far the worst experience ever last night , we arrived at Applebee’s at 10:04 didn’t get seated until about 10:15 we had to complain because they were seating parties before us talking about she forgot to start a list 🙄 upon sitting we get a female waitress had to repeat a simple order 3 times she was too busy in her phone kept asking us to hold on as if she wasn’t at work. We waited a full hour to receive cold food. At this point I had enough asked for the manager. He was no help he took up for her misbehavior. Making all kind of excuses. When she came back to the table she brought us 2 different incorrect orders. Finally we had to ask for a switch of server. I don’t know what’s goin on however people who work in this industry needed to be taught customer service! I will not be eating at this Applebee’s anytime soon !!

Food is standard, American dishes. It's good! Nothing incredible but good restaurant chain food. Good BBQ sauce on the ribs!
