It's very nice in the event that you need somewhere to stay semi long term on short notice, however: - The room keys need to be fixed almost daily and it's insanely annoying - there are random bugs that are either coming in or out of the room. Never a lot, just one, on rare occasion. - the office will not break a bill for a customer if you need it, even though there is no store within 10 min walk nearby - there IS a vending machine; that you cannot use cash on; however you can use your debit card, and the machine is awesomely reliable via card. - laundry on site; you can use a debit card through an app to pay via phone - kids go screaming and sprinting around the second and third floors causing the entire building to shake, and are unsupervised 95% of the time causing havoc and mayhem. - prices go up randomly without notice even if you have a long term reservation - most but not all team members are not fully knowledgeable about most things and do not provide the same treatment that redroof promises through their phone system services and are not on the same page. Take from this what you will, this is only my experience and issues I have seen throughout my time at this place. I still like it and enjoy the location and my stay.

Positive: I usually don¿t expect too much for lower priced places. I was pleasantly surprised and extended my stay. Recommend cleaning the wood floors with a wet swiffer and that would make it a much better room. Keep up the good work. Other places should lea

Rude management. Harsh tones when addressing customers. Rooms need an iron. They don't replace dirty towels when needed. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Loud music in parking lot during night. Police dealing with situations on this property. My wife and I didn't feel safe.

Decent room, floor not mopped. Bathroom clean. Spots on top cover but removed it and never slept with it. Called extended stay but I get 14 days. People there are good. Would recommend for short stay although would also recommend for the interaction of people.
