Delivered 7/9 for my birthday. Yesterday 7/11 they were starting to wilt. Today 7/12 the roses are hanging and the hydrangea are wilted and the lilies are turning brown. I’m sure my daughter paid a good amount for this bouquet. Very disappointed. I know Ziegfeld has been in MS forever and so disappointed with their product. Also, some of the stems barely reached into the bottom of the vase. I’ve never had an arrangement from any florist die so completely in such a short amount of time! Flash ahead....after posting the above review, just a few minutes ago, Ziegfield Florist was at my door with a new bouquet!!! That's what I call customers service! Thank you, Ziegfield, you have renewed my faith in good old fashioned customer service and renewed my faith in Ziegfield. Thank you for caring enough to make this right!

Ziegfield's did my wedding in September and it was stunning they knocked it right out of the park. I had to reschedule several times and their customer service was right on point. But all of the vendors I dealt with they were the easiest and most understanding. I know that I have found my florist for life. I highly recommend that you use them as well.
