The name of the man that helped me was Kyle I believe. He was extremely kind and informative. I’m getting a puppy tomorrow and was a bit nervous about introducing my older Doberman to the new Doberman puppy and Kyle was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions as well as helping me find appropriate treats and other things that accommodated both of my dogs’ ages and needs. I feel like it’s really rare to meet someone who is as genuine as he was. I’ve never been to the store before and had previously only used Petsmart or Petco, but after my experience with Kyle, I’ll definitely switch over and become a regular customer here. Thanks again Kyle!

We are getting a new puppy today and called and went into this location yesterday. Zach answered the phone and then answered all of my stupid questions with a can do attitude. Then my wife and I came in to get a new name tag, dog bowls, dog bed and food also. Zach (and the rest of the team) was extremely helpful and gave us great advice on everything we needed. He had a smile on his face and genuinely seemed to love his job. I run a small company with 10 employees. Zach is the kind of person that I would love to have working with our team. Great customer service skills, attitude and a smile on his face. THANK YOU for everything you did for us Zach! We will be coming back for more stuff as our baby grows.

Very warm and friendly staff Lots of different stuff for your pet. Great to have a rotating shot clinic there as it saves time and money v/s typical Vet costs for standard annual vaccines
