My 10 year old daughter loves Ali! She has helped her so much in her recovery from a sports related knee injury. Ali is knowledgeable, kind, patient, a great problem solver, and her recovery plans are very creative and dynamic. We are so thankful for all she has done and continues to do for our daughter. Highly recommend Longevity PT, especially Ali!

My experience at Longevity La Costa with my physical therapist Megan has been wonderful. Unlike other places, Megan listens, answers any questions, and works with you one on one without passing you off to an assistant or trainee. Thank you so much Megan for all help.

Due to Chronic Pain, I've been in PT quite a bit over the last 7-10 years. I've been to multiple places and been treated by many different therapists. Megan Reinhold is the best therapist I've seen. It's obvious that she truly cares about me and understands the connection between conditions like Chronic Pain and Mental Health. Megan is always accommodating and understanding when I have special needs or requests due to my recent Epilepsy diagnosis. Her ability and willingness to personalize my care and customize a home exercise plan that ACTUALLY WORKS FOR ME is exceptional. Megan has gone so far as to go out of her way to work on my care during her off time. Judy at the front desk has also been a dream to work with as she gives me whatever I need with a friendly attitude.

After undergoing major orthopedic surgery I tried various physical therapy businesses until I finally landed in Longevity in La Costa. Here, I am met with years of experience on my condition, professional one on one help, and have been making measured and significant progress after each visit. I cannot imagine going anywhere else now. I am so glad I was referred here. Should a person be needing high quality physical therapy in Southern Cal or honestly nationally, Longevity would be my definitive answer on where to go. Here, I am set up with an online profile that's updated after each visit so when I am on my own time, I can look at and log my recommend exercises. This makes the at home exercises much easier to remember and track which ones to do and how many. It's a very clean setup. Also, I have made note of several framed NFL jerseys on the wall at Longevity with hand written thank you notes attached from the wearer of that jersey. That should be a clear statement that if a pro NFL athlete chooses to make the trip to Longevity for physical therapy, one could expect a level of care to get them also to their desired goals as well.

California is a direct-access state, meaning you can receive physical therapy treatment without a prescription from a physician. At your initial evaluation, your Physical Therapist may be able to diagnose your problem. However, certain insurances may require a physician referral in order to cover your PT visits. Call our office and our Front Office Specialist will be happy to verify benefits with your insurance company.
