Good sandwiches but they prioritize online orders. Our sandwiches were out of the toaster and sat there cooling off while they attended to a bunch of sandwiches that were for an online order. There was a second toaster in the back that sent unused.

The food is not exceptional but it is good. The staff for the most part if friendly. The ordering process leaves something to be desired. I would not recommended PB to a mom with kiddos in tow or soccer team celebratory lunch. In the 21st Century Information Age that we live in there is no reason why a customer should have to repeat their order twice; once upon ordering and again at the cash register. If you can’t tell me at the cash register what I ordered the meal should be free.

Food was definitely pretty good and I also really enjoy the pot pie soup. I like the fact that they have free drink refills and also free Wi-Fi. It's definitely a chill atmosphere and it's almost like you're going back in time. it's pretty comfortable and they don't hurry you out so you can enjoy your food and they also offer mobile order pickup. Next time I come here I'm definitely going to have to try a shake.

I really wish this place had a simpler ordering process. It takes you 3x to repeat your order. Once to the person making the sandwich, once to the topper, once to the cashier. If they had a ticket system, or cashier first, wouldn’t require you to repeat yourself 3 times. Other than that, the sandwiches are decent. Nothing special. Taste wise; good. Prices are a bit pricier than other sand which joints. Menu has quite a bit of options. Inside could use some work. There was a few dirty tables. Staff was pretty friendly.
