Did this restaurant change ownership sometime between late-2017 and early 2018)? Reason I am asking is because there is a noticeable turn for the worst at this location (i.e.: the typical employees missing and seemingly disarray of everything).

Absolutely agree! Restaurant is dirty, staff is unkempt and rude.
