Okay, McDonald's is one of those places that rarely fails you. You go there purposely to eat McDonald's food. If the staff is watching holding times and following the crystal clear cut instructions...it's gold. McDonald's will never do you wrong. The staff....that's when things get mixed up. McDonald's menu and prep training is %100 precise to make sure you receive the same quality flavor product every single time. A failed order is almost always staff performance based, and it's almost always because they either don't understand or just don't care about the brand mission.

Ordered, told to pull around and wait, 15 minutes later the people behind me had gotten their food, a guy had to come out and ask me my order, waited another 10 minutes and this is the food I end up with. And I asked for Buffalo sauce and got sweet and sour and barbecue.

Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru tried to hand me the wrong size drink and then I get home to this for my sons kids meal horrible service… since I can’t add another one here we go it’s 3/3/22 now my son wanted McDonald’s this is the closest one to my house this time it was 30 mins in the drive thru handed me my food I was missing 2 sandwiched fries cold should’ve checked my sons kids meal when I got home he had no fries this is by far the worst McDonald’s in the area and of course went to order a shamrock shake and no shakes

I was there on 2/19/2022. There was only three employees on site. Lines long, cars getting turn away, doors closing early. It was a mess. Employees inside including the manger on duty at the was trying there best to accommodate to customers. Overall they tired.
