Not a good experience. Shocking customer service. In response to the owner response- -You replied to this review faster than you did to any of the emails I sent you regarding order status, backorder status, or the unit breaking after 5 minutes of normal use. In each case, I had to call days after no reply to my emails to get information. -You making the assumption that the failure of the unit is due to both user error and user inexperience, and at no point considering an issue that we did not create, is a reflection of you consistently putting the labor on your customer, and making little effort to understand the problems your customers are facing. All of this begins to scratch the surface of how your customer was not responded to in a fashion that was prompt or considerate. The fact that you are making this about the failure of the foredom unit further shows that you were unwilling to listen to what my issues were. Not listening, not responding in a reasonable time frame, not considering the issues I was having, putting the blame for those issues on the user without properly considering how the failure came about, and so on. That is why this was not positive, and not working to understand the needs or concerns of your customers is shicking.

The item was on back order, but the company never communicated this. In the process of acquiring refund. Once I called them, they actually were more responsive. So I will raise or lower the rating contingent upon how this process goes. edit: She said she'd take care of the refund with no questions asked. I wish this was all communicated 11 days ago so I didn't have to waste my time. Otherwise, the refund process was painless, so that's a plus. I'm just trusting she stands by her word. Edit 2: i received my refund without a hitch.

I would not recommend this place, specially if you need international shipping. I ordered a woodburner and fixed tips through another website (Woodcraftshop), paid the fees and a few days later received an email from the Hummul Carving Company saying I had to pay an extra 10 dollars to ship my items and they recommended upgrading my shipping method and pay more $18. When I called the company, I found out that the two companies (Wood Craft Shop and Hummul Carving Company) were merged and they kept two different websites with different products and shipping rates. Also, I was informed that the international shipping price was "only estimated" and that they would not stand behind their product and price. Furthermore, the customer service was not adequate and we decided to cancel the order. If you decide to order from this place, make sure to compare from both websites, because they have different items and prices. I would also recommend to email them before purchasing, because you will probably be surprised by additional fees. And hope that you do not need help from the customer service.

Unfortunately we do not have any plans for the Turkish Mountain goats. You may try to find reference material on them and make your own pattern. We are not sure of what other company may have a pattern for them.
