They start shutting down at 5, but don't actually close till 6. Even then the people are usually there till 7 and depending on what you need they might be able to help you with it.

Price Co has it some times..but it's not a normal thing there. Try Safeway..or if you want to go up the hill you might find it at Twain Harte market.... good luck
Actually you can get a keg but usually need a few days to get it ordered, shipped and then there waiting for you to pick up.
Yes, from time to time they have some pre made ones and you can also call and request to have some made for you.
Doubt it. Try Tractor Supply. They are just up 108 on the right at Standard Junction. They do for sure.
