I ordered two Big Macs with extra onions extra pickles I only got extra onions extra pickles and no lettuce on my Big Macs I never once said I did not want lettuce I thought lettuce came with a Big Mac but after the second time the manager finally made it right after being very rude about the situation overall the food was good this the manager was not very professional other employees was friendly just not him.....

Had to go through the 30-minute drive-thru two different times just to get my mother-in-laws sandwich wrong both times... Maybe retrain some staff. The dining room is closed so you have a perfect opportunity to have lots of meetings with your staff.
