I have been waiting on hold for over 22 minutes. Are they that short staff? I want to amend my online order. This will probably be the last time I order from Pizza Hut. Sad, service is this slow.😠

So I had a not so great experience a few weeks ago and I really felt like nothing was being done or really cared about. Until I received a call from the GM. Off gate of saying hello she sincerely apologies to me, which meant alot because she never met me know me or talked to me before. She could've done exactly what the past workers done for me which was nothing. But even tho she already read my complaint she gave me the opportunity to explain in further details and again she apologize and she really one of those managers that really take they job serious and want to see the company they run at the top she sounded like she wanted to cry at times because I had a bad experience and wants me to have the best!!!! This is probably 1 of the few managers or GM s I came across in 33 yrs that's very passionate at what she does. I'm very pleased with this pizza Hut. Thank u Amillah (😂 think that's how u spell it)

Update 2/13: After several months I hoped they had fixed their previous issues. Have it a 3rd try in a year. NOPE! Ordered a large meat and medium cheese. Both were burned/overcooked. I absolutely will never order from Leicester pizza hut ever again! Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. The past two times I've ordered pizza from this location It's been the worst pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut. The dough has been flimsy and not thoroughly cooked. Also it's only about an 1/8 of an inch thick and doesn't even taste right. Found toppings on it that weren't supposed to be on it. And the hand tossed crust has been terrible. Not happy and very disappointed. Only good part of ordering from here is how fast it gets to my house. But not worth it for bad pizza. Won't be ordering from here again anytime soon if ever again.
