Pizza arrived cold after sitting for over 30 minutes in “Quality Check” status. Received no phone call or text to let me know that the order was running drastically late. Driver notified me that the pizza was so late because “everyone decided to order at the same time apparently”. I would have much rather heard “I’m so sorry, we just don’t have enough drivers.” - please don’t blame poor customer service on the customer. Would not recommend to a friend, neighbor, or anyone who cares about receiving promised service or quality products.

I was so disappointed I bought it online sit my pizza will be ready at 6:12 I sit in the drive thru until 6:45 with one car in front of me. And the food did not look really fresh freshly-made

I give this store one star because after ordering on line, we received a HORRIBLE pizza and wings. I asked for a hand tossed and got a VERY soggy and cold thin crust. I asked for 6 BBQ wings and 8 buffalo, I got the exact opposite. They were also POORLY coated with sauce. "Tossed"? No, a light "drizzle". Papa John's always does it better. We will go back there.

They are open to midnight, frequently have internet probles and are way understaffed
I placed an online order at 7:16 pm tonight and still no pizza! I contacted corporate office Nd will have someones job!!! I do not recommend this store!!!
Well that certainly sucks. I think I would call corporate and let them know about this. There's no excuse for that kind of BS.
I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience! This is the Domino's that I always go to for pizza. I haven't ever had a problem with them. Maybe Megan hasn't been in her position very long? I don't know. You might want to call the corporate office and tell them what happened. I'm sure you would get satisfaction from them.
